Futures and options for butter, skim milk powder, Class III milk and Class IV milk trade five days a week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Settling prices are typically posted by 1:30 pm CT; updated at 1:50 pm CT and final settlements are posted at 7:00 pm CT each day.

Delayed intraday trading levels are posted throughout the trading session.
