Cash Prices

Cash cheese and skim milk powder trade five days a week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and cash butter trades every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Settling prices are typically posted by noon every day.

USDA releases the Nass Dairy Product Prices -- weekly average prices for block cheese, barrel cheese, butter, skim milk powder and whey -- every Friday at 8:30 am ET.

USDA also releases announced milk prices each month. Use the links below for the most recent price announcements and the dates of future announcements.
