Dairy Inventories

Each month USDA publishes the "Cold Storage" report, an estimate of American cheese, Swiss cheese, Other natural cheese and butter inventories on the last day of the previous month and revised estimates for the second month prior. This report is typically released between the 20th and 25th of each month.
